At AVRA, we want your order to arrive in the condition and quality you expect. If you would like to request a return or exchange, the following conditions apply.
Returns
A return may be requested within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is unused and remains in its original condition with its original packaging.
For fragrances, opening and using or testing the product by spraying it is considered use. A fragrance cannot be returned due to a change of mind after it has been used.
If the product meets the return conditions and the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
We carefully pack AVRA products to help ensure they arrive in good condition.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and photos showing the condition of the product and packaging.
Once the case has been reviewed, we will provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. The customer will not be responsible for costs resulting from an error by AVRA.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved for return, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method whenever possible.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
